Chapter 6 deals with processes and threads, and also shows
how to multi-thread an MFC application. The THREAD directory
contains thread examples. The PROCESS directory contains 
process examples. The MANDEL directory contains MFC examples.
You must have Visual C++ to compile MANDEL examples.
