The DLL in this directory can be used to test different 
memory models. See the book for details.

Use MAKEFILE to compile the DLL under the SDK. Use STACK.MAK
to compile it under Visual C++. Note that if you compile 
under Visual C++, you will find the DLL and LIB files you
need in the WinDebug directory that Visual C++ creates. Also
note that if you want to recreate the project file yourself,
you must set the project's type to "Dynamic link library" and
include the DEF file in the project.
