This code implements the detection part of a manual logon announcement service. 
Run this program to send a message to all logon announcer services
running on your network segment. Typically you would place a call
to this program inside your logon script.

Use MAKEFILE to compile the code under the SDK, or ANNOUNCE.MAK to compile
it under Visual C++.
