File Names----------The Directory Names and the File Names used on this CDROM are NOT the same as those presented in the book.  This is due to a naming limitation (could not use the " " character and some names had to be truncated) in the CDROM manufacturing process.  It is recommended that you use a browser and index.htm in the root directory to navigate this CDROM.I trust that this will not be a major problem to you in using this book.
